What this website is

bookdm.io is the pre-launch website of BookDM, an AI setter for solo coaches, consultants and creators, operated from France. The service described on this site is not available yet: nothing can be purchased here, no account can be created, and no DM is processed. The site does two things: it presents the product, and it lets you join the waitlist to be told when it launches. By using the site, you accept these terms.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. You are not buying anything, you are not committing to buy anything at launch, and we are not committing to sell you anything: it is a request to be informed, nothing more. You can leave the waitlist at any time by writing to contact@bookdm.io. How the data you submit is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Pricing shown on this site

The plans and prices displayed on this site are indicative. They describe what we intend to offer at launch, and they may change before the service opens. Nothing is charged today: the site collects no payment and stores no payment details. The actual pricing, trial conditions and billing terms will be confirmed when the service launches, before you pay anything.

Intellectual property

The content of this site (texts, design, illustrations, logo and the BookDM name) belongs to the publisher of bookdm.io. You may browse it, link to it and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not reproduce, copy or reuse substantial parts of it, for commercial purposes or otherwise, without written permission.

No guarantee on launch

BookDM is under development. We give no guarantee on the launch date, and the product that ships may differ from what this site describes: features, supported channels and plans can evolve until launch. The site itself is provided as is; we do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher of bookdm.io cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of this site or from reliance on its content, including decisions made based on the described features or indicative pricing. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute related to this site will be brought before the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
