Who we are

BookDM is a pre-launch product published at bookdm.io and operated from France. The product itself, an AI setter that answers DMs, qualifies leads and books calls for solo coaches, consultants and creators, is not live yet: this website presents it and lets you join the waitlist. What we collect

We collect exactly what you see on the site, and nothing more:

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• The DM channel you mainly use (Instagram, WhatsApp or Messenger), if you select one.
• The weekly DM volume you report, if you select one.
• The language of the page you signed up from (English or French).
• Technical analytics data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, measured through Google Analytics 4.

There is no account creation, no payment collection and no access to your DMs or your contacts: the product is not live, so none of that data exists on our side.

Why we collect it

We use the waitlist data for one thing: managing the waitlist and telling you when BookDM launches, in your language. We use the analytics data to understand which pages bring visitors, so we know what to improve.

We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertising networks. There is no ad targeting of any kind on this site.

Where your data is stored

Waitlist entries are stored on private infrastructure hosted in the European Union. When you sign up, an internal notification email containing the data you submitted is also sent to our own mailbox immediately, so we see new signups in real time. That notification stays internal: it goes to us, not to any third party.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic: how many people visit, from where, and which pages they read. The only cookies set by the site are the ones GA4 needs for that measurement. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers.

How long we keep your data

We keep waitlist data until our launch communication ends, meaning until BookDM is launched and the people on the list have been informed. If you ask us to delete your data before that, we delete it. Analytics data follows the standard GA4 retention settings.

Your rights

Under EU data protection law (GDPR), you can ask at any time to access the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. One email to contact@bookdm.io is enough: no form, no justification needed. We answer as fast as we can, and at most within 30 days. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle data changes, for example when the product launches, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes affecting waitlist members will be announced by email.
